One Day, Day One

I had a good day today, having been able to make progress on each of my overarching goals. Nothing crazy significant, but progress nonetheless.

• Chinese

In today's lesson, I learnt how to order two beers. Those who know me also know that previously, I was already able to order one beer. Nights out with me just got a lot more dangerous.

• Project

I spent a good chunk of time brainstorming a project I can commit to. Although I wont spill all my ideas, as some of them could be worth a lot one day, I will share what I have decided to pursue. I aim to train a language model to be able to provide International-student specific advice. Details will follow..

• Self-betterment

Inspired by a recent game purchase, I listened to a podcast about Chinese history. More spefically, the first emperor of china, Qin Shi Huang. He was responsible for a few things you may have heard of, such as the terracotta army. Perhaps I will write a blog post about my findings soon.
